Dear Mr. Eric Schneiderman,
And The supervising attorney for Mr. Kevin Frankel. I just received a message from a Mike Leahy suggesting that Mr. Frankel is claiming to have been harassed. I take great offense in this bullying tactic, as I was simply a constituent seeking justice from corruption. In addition, there had only been one phone call, followed with an email for records purposes. Upon which I was told the case would resume after vindication whereas I had then forwarded a brief that would be useful. For clarification and documentation, I had not reached out to Mr. Frankel since June 2017. At that point Mr. Frankel had advised me that the Attorney General's office was unwilling to invest into the investigation of this case until after the appeal had been won. I thanked him for his time and to be helpful, I had forwarded the brief that had been filed on my behalf. I had also summed things up for clarification and again for records purposes. Since this is dealing with a high profile individual who lied in court there has been a lot of interest and honestly the world is watching to see how justice will be served. Ms. Shields was unsure if she should file a police report. The DA then took it and stacked charges. They then referenced web sites, blogs, and social media gaining them full knowledge and with that clarity testified in court which by definition begs the definition of perjury and suborn perjury. Mr. Frankel stated point blank that the case will continue after vindication and I thought I was being helpful. I understand now that the office of attorney general represents the state first and the people second, so I do apologize. I was told this office would be the best office to address police/prosecutorial corruption. I do apologize. "The Attorney General advises the executive branch of state government and defends actions and proceedings on behalf of the state. The Attorney General acts independently of the Governor of New York. The department's regulations are compiled in title 13 of the New York Codes, Rules and Regulations (NYCRR)." ""As the “People's Lawyer,” the Attorney General serves as the guardian of the legal rights of the citizens of New York"" "ha·rass·ment həˈrasmənt,ˈherəsmənt/ noun
By definition, there is no way a letter that reiterates and documents a conversation is harassing. The separate brief would be expected and appreciated should the investigation continue as discussed. I do apologize for my reaching out. Secretary John Kerry is a family friend and we were told your office could handle the corruption that went into a wrongful conviction. John M. Rinaldi.
