Perjury. CHRIS HENCHE lies under oath.

Brooke Shields' husband cried as he testified against his wife's alleged stalker on Wednesday (15Jun16).


John Rinaldi is accused of stalking and harassment but maintains his innocence, insisting he was just trying to convince Brooke to get involved in the setting up of a children's charity called The Sandy Hook Center.

****Sandy Hook, Newtown, CT would then be a legitimate reason.
1. Bill Ackman's Pershing Square was our mentor.
2. Emily Arroyo, Julian Revie and myself took care of The Sandy Hook Memorial.
3. Chris Kelsey of the town of Newtown.

5. Etc. etc.

However, as he took to the witness stand for the trial in Manhattan, New York, the stress of the situation was clear to see as comedy writer Chris Henchy struggled to control his emotions.
"I don't want my wife walking out the door and having to look left and right for her safety," he said, according to Fox News. "It was disturbing what he had on his Facebook page, photos of him shirtless, photos of him with kids."

One of the most disturbing incidents Henchy experienced was when Rinaldi sent Shields' publicist a lengthy email in which he referenced a woman who was killed by her stalker.
"Rebecca Schaeffer was an actress in Los Angeles who in 1989 was murdered by a guy named John Bardo," Henchy said. "John was a guy who travelled to Los Angeles, tried to give her gifts of stuffed animals, she rejected the gifts, he found out where she lived, he knocked on her door, she asked him to leave her alone, he came back and shot her.
"For him to make that analogy was extremely disturbing."

*****What is disgusting is that the guy's name was Robert. Yet, Mr. Henche called him John. This is another example of fabrication/perjury.

Among the other attempts Rinaldi made to contact Shields involved him delivering a box of stuffed animals to Shields' New York townhouse back in 2013, which he said at the time was for her children, Rowan, 13 and Grier, 10.

*****This is another example of perjury. The letters sent- there were two, they were both form letters. They were made out to:
1. Dear Friend, that discussed a Hallmark supported tree trimming in December 2013. Hallmark commemorated 26 one of a kind ornaments that honored each life lost at The Sandy Hook Massacre. 2. The second letter was to Ms. Shields and it too was a form letter from myself, and the team that supported The Sandy Hook massacre. From the 21 December, 2012 to 4 January 2013, I took care of the Sandy Hook Memorial.
• from December 21 to December 24 there was a team of 6-8 people who at each night from 2am to 6am took every item left at the memorial site out and put them back. We would remove the broken glass, the wilted flowers, and burnt out candles and freshen things up.
*** it was important to care for the memorial with respect because there had been too much destruction already. And with the hundreds/thousands of visitors it was important to be cared for.
***people from all over the world left stuffed animals, sports medals, rosaries, jackets, hats, etc... We believed these needed to be preserved as best as possible.
• from 25 of December 2012, to 4 January 2013, I was the only one left behind to take care of a quarter mile infused with hundreds of thousands of sacred artifacts.
***we call them 'sacred artifacts' because what was left was to become 'sacred soil.'
•the Newtown Police gave myself, Emily, and Julian permission to rescue several dozens Sacred Artifacts.
***all three of us came up with the idea to 'FOSTER' them out to:
1. Hugh Jackman
2. Sarah Jessica Parker
3. Liv Tyler
4. Brooke Shields

I was also on:
1. Anderson Cooper's daytime talk show and presented one to him.
2. Dr. Oz's show and presented one to him.

ALL WERE INSTRUCTED THAT THEY WERE TO:
1. KEEP SAFE
2. RETURN to Newtown for a future Ribbon Cutting to the final Sandy Hook Center- VOTED IN 5 April 2016.

In 2014, he then approached Henchy to discuss the stuffed animal present, with the producer telling Judge Kevin McGrath: "He just seemed agitated, excited, somewhat unhinged, there was a nervous energy about him. He told me he had been at my house, and that he thought he'd spooked my wife."
Henchy told Rinaldi to "keep his distance".

•I did not discuss the stuffed animals.
PROOF- I wouldn't/haven't called them stuffed animals, they were always referred to as sacred SandyHook memorial artifacts..

***Perjury #5 + #6.
• I excused myself with respect, and re-introduced myself as the guy he introduced me to Brooke at the closing of Ms. Shields' run in Chicago. I then said to him 'man to man, Brooke has been acting a little rude the two times I had seen her in the neighborhood. I then asked if there was anything I should be aware of. Chris Henche then proceeded to tell me to, 'nor worry about it, that Brooke was very private, and hyper vigilant.' He also then went on to say it was 'nice to see you, and goodbye.'

The last straw for Shields though was when she headed to a charity event on 5 May 2015, and saw Rinaldi's car parked outside her house, with her signature drawn in the dirt on the windscreen, which the actress described as "beyond creepy".

***Perjury #7.
•I had run into Ms. Shields as I was entering Starbucks to sit and write. I had parked on her street and had said, 'Hey I parked up the street in front of your house. You're welcome to the spot if you'd like.' She looked at me with a glare... so, when I left working/writing I wrote a 'playful' note on my back window to let her know which spot my car was parked in.
•Beyond creepy? What is beyond creepy is the self indulgence and arrogantly perjury themselves to embellish an innocent and neighborly gesture. I fully thought I'd come back to my car with an xx- WHAT I CAME BACK TO FIND WAS VANDALISM.
• I went to social media to complain about my car being vandalized.
•That's when they went to the police. They retaliated after I made a public post on social media telling her 'faggy' assistant to NOT TOUCH MY CAR.
•which they referred to both the xx, and the vandalizing in court testimony.

She then made the decision to go to the police and file a complaint against Rinaldi, alleging that he had camped outside her West Village home, blocks away from his own residence, followed her into a local Starbucks coffee shop, and attempted to talk to her kids while they were out and about.

•she retaliated after I called her 'faggy' assistant 'faggy.' I did not camp out. If I had, they would've called the police when camping out.
•Ms. Shields never went into Starbucks- actually then entire staff were ready to testify.

Shortly after Shields filed the police report, her publicist received the email from Rinaldi.

***yes, because I had a previous working relationship with PMK and produced a letter to prove a previous project.
Defense lawyer Jonathan Stonbely has argued that Rinaldi is "socially inept" and meant no harm with his communication attempts - he was just trying to enlist Shields help to set up his Sandy Hook Center.

***I had met with Mr. Stonbely 3 times over a month's time. He didn't know me. He and his office manager who ran legal aid called Ms. Shields' a sociopath. The 'socially inept' was a callous and unprofessional account.
