The above clip is correct, but it also then negates Sergeant Blake's charge- my 3rd criminal charge.  

The first two charges are also lies.  

The one complaint states that I was told that Brooke was afraid- a year after the event???  Well, directly after the event the situation was recorded and placed on line. 
​The Second complaint, well Chris Henchy lied as well and in front of a witness, and it too was recorded on line at the time of occurrence.

'to be honest, when you have 5 police officers pull me out of a store, for no legitimate reason you panic.

In 2006, I was helping a home-less run-away kid in Ft. Lauderdale.  My sister and I were vacationing at a The Atlantic Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale.  While on the beach, we saw a boy unconscious.  (my older sister died this way...  )    My only thought was what if..  what if someone had helped Kathy.   We learned the 'kid was from Boston and 'we' are from Boston so we felt compelled to help him even more than the average people would.  Since he was a run away and was going to try to survive on the beach he needed some shorts.  We took him to the closest Gap and out-fitted him.  We also fed him and bought him some food.  At the hotel we asked the concierge for some towels..  and he got cleaned up.  

We had hoped he was fine, but he wasn't.  He must've taken something else because he passed out again and we finally did have to call 911.  

5 police officers came crashing through my one bedroom suite and 'took-me-out!'  Without asking one question, without even a knock on the door...  boom!  

So, when these 3-5 detectives come at me for being a law abiding citizen, no I did not hear a word they said.  

Incidentally, I was so severely beaten, maced, and jailed that when we went in front of the judge, I didn't have to say a word.  The judge shamed the 5 6' 200# police-officers as using excess force and that any reserve on my end was in defense.  

Just like Detective Blake who smashed my window, dented my fender and put a boot on my car.... When the police scare the fuck out of you- you tend to panic.  Add PTSD to that and 'what the fuck did they just say?'  

In '98 my baby brother was sexually violated by a Boston Police officer while in custody for being caught asleep at a rest-stop.  Danny was also the town Football Hero and suffering serious head trauma as a result of suffering too many concussions.  Danny hanged himself in '99.  The Police officer killed himself as well.
