I fired them.
Dr. Barbara Krenzer refused standard care- deemed Kris incapacitated on a specific date. With no competency specialist. With no judge ruling, Dr. Krenzer put an isolated incident in my mother's file suggesting Kristen was suffering with Alzheimer's.  A skillfully crafted story meant to strip Kristen of successes she dared to enjoy.
